The certificate may be completed in one year of full-time study or over several semesters of part-time work.
Many of the courses accepted for the certificate are available through our independent study program. The Certificate in Bible may be earned entirely on an independent basis by appropriate selection of courses.
General
Education Component
The General Education
component of the certificate consists of twelve units selected from the
following. The credit hours expressed are maximums: for example, no more
than six units of literature courses may apply toward the Certificate in
Bible.

Cost
32 semester hours
at $90: $2880; Certificate fee: $10; total, $2890
Books, supplies,
living expenses, and fees such as laboratory fees are not included and
will vary depending on course selection.
Payment plans and limited scholarship aid are available.
Certificates will be awarded at commencement exercises, but recipients do not wear caps and gowns and so are not assessed a cap and gown fee.
